The following are the possible reasons:
1. You did not click on “Escape from Course” to stop the learning.
2. You used the same account in the same computer, but opened more than one browser to
participate in different courses, thus the system could not accurately record your learning hours
for one particular course.
3. If you participate in a course and without taking any action on the platform for more than
1.5 hours, the system will automatically log you out, and the course is incomplete.
4. When you enter the course index, there are two kinds of modes, Normal and Preview.
If you click on the Preview Mode, you can only read the course preview, so your learning hours
will not be recorded.
5. If you click to participate in a course and open other links or webpage of the e-Learning Platform
at the same time, your learning hours will not be recorded.
