Ad-blocking software (such as KKman, MSN Toolbar, Google Toolbar, Yahoo Companion Toolbar,
My Web Search, Internet Helper, etc.) will prevent the window from popping up. Please check whether the

window is blocked by the MSN Toolbar.
We suggest you to disable the function of “Blocking Pop-up Windows” on toolbar. You can also add
the web address of E-Learning to the “Allow List.” If you seldom use this function, you can just remove it.
Whether you choose to disable blocking, temporarily disable or remove it, please remember to restart
IE browser for the previous setting to take effect.
